This blog came from personal experiences. Zantra was born in Jackson, Mississippi and migrated north to Chicago with her family. In Chicago, she attended Kenwood Academy High school where she earned a high school diploma and LPN license. During her childhood her mother Nancy Smith was an entrepreneur, she owned several furniture and thrift stores where she trained Zantra in the art of customer service and developed her work ethic. The LPN license combined with skills taught at home allowed her to earn 50k a year as a 19-year-old and she was rapidly promoted to a nurse supervisor. She wanted more so she went on to complete her BSN at Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University. After transitioning from LPN to RN Zantra was immediately hired as a Clinical unit manager in a skilled nursing facility within three months she was promoted to ADON. After a year she took a job as a DON. Before the age of 30 she was earning six figures and at the top of her field as a nurse. She went on to become a corporate DON, training others and implementing systems to ensure quality care of the population she loved. Her clinical skills as a nurse and leadership skills were a gift from God that blessed her to give back to others by teaching critical thinking skills, providing gainful employment, helped mentees to return to school, and proved that young Black women could lead gracefully in a clinical environment. Zantra has a strong faith-based belief system  She decided at the top of her career that she was willing to welcome something new and started her path to becoming a serial entrepreneur and future billionaire. 

She has been featured on the radio and public speaker for women's empowerment.
